Job Description
Landscape LOGiQ is looking to add to their team, seeking to add a Landscape Crew Member. Prior experience is preferred but not necessarily required depending upon qualifications. Core competencies for the position include being results oriented, having initiative, thoroughness, and personal credibility. Interested applicants must be comfortable operating lawn maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers, and have a basic understanding of landscape maintenance, including, but not limited to lawncare, landscaping, and planting. Additionally, experience operating heavier machinery preferred, including skid steer, mini-excavators, etc. We pride ourselves in keeping our clients' exteriors and grounds safe and looking great, so our team also needs to work in various types of weather conditions. We're a young and growing company, and our ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic and an ability to learn quickly. Core Duties and Responsibilities Install and maintain landscapes for residential and commercial properties Mow and maintain lawns and landscape beds. Prune prune trees and shrubs Maintain the existing landscaping design Plant new flowers, bushes, plants, and decorative shrubs Rake fallen leaves and remove debris Properly store and handle all equipment, tools, sprinklers, etc. Deliver exceptional customer service while working on client properties Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Requirements and Qualifications High School degree or equivalent At least 18 years old Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping a plus, but not required Must be comfortable with operation of power and lawn maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers, as well as heavier machinery and equipment preferred. Must pass background check and drug test Must have Driver's License in good standing Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods and lift up to 80 pounds
