Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit Monitor, assess, and promptly respond to rapidly changing patient conditions Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and allied health staff Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform invasive interventions as needed Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times Provide education and support to patients and their families during difficult situations
Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum 1 year recent experience in an ICU setting required BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory Strong critical thinking and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced, high-acuity environments Previous travel nursing experience preferred, but not required
