In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal and ground safety across our properties. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors, develop hands-on skills, and contribute to maintaining beautiful, accessible landscapes even in challenging winter conditions. Responsibilities Operate snow removal equipment such as shovels, and blowers to clear pathways, driveways, parking lots, and walkways efficiently. Follow strict safety protocols to prevent accidents while working with equipment or in icy conditions. Collaborate with team members to ensure all grounds are safe, accessible, and visually appealing despite winter weather challenges. Experience Prior outdoor work experience preferred, especially in grounds maintenance or landscaping environments. Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Strong work ethic with the flexibility to handle physically demanding tasks in outdoor settings under varying weather conditions.
