~This crew is involved with renovating old landscapes in to fresh new landscapes as well as installing brand new landscapes around new homes. All the projects are installed per the design created by our in-house landscape designers. Projects vary in length ranging from a few days to a week or more. There is a general flow on every project, but every day is different from the next. Individuals interested in this crew position will need to have or be able to perform the following but is not limited to just this list:

• valid drivers license with an excellent driving record,
• Drive a truck and trailer hauling materials and equipment to the job site with company vehicles properly
• Speak fluent English
• Ability to understand and retain our workflow and follow directions from a Team Leader
• Heavy lifting of 50lbs+, be able to move your body quickly and using your body physically
• Fill and haul wheelbarrows filled with mulch, stone or other materials
• Hooking up trailers on trucks properly and safely
• Loading/unloading/securing materials and equipment on trailers and trucks properly and safely
• Digging with shovels
• planting perennials, trees and shrubs
• Ability to weed and prune with proper direction
• Operating skid loader and similar equipment and small machines like an edger, sod cutter and a backpack blower,
• Working outdoors for an 8-10 hour day ~Installation Crew team members are expected to work on our maintenance crew as needed and perform Spring and Fall Cleanups when the installation portion of the season is not operating.

The installation crew generally consists of 3-4 team members but varies from time to time. We currently operate 1 Installation Crew. ~ No experience needed, but must exude positivity, be a team player and have a passion for this industry of work. ~This position is seasonal because this industry is seasonal. In a calendar year, crew only team members work in general March through Early December, weather dependent. Weekly hours may vary from time to time due to weather. In the off season time our current full time employees go on unemployment and learn to adjust to the change in income

while other find an off season job to help supplement their income and return the following season. It is always our goal to have team members that are with us for many years, that make working with us their career!
