Overview Join our lawn maintenance team as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader and take charge of creating/maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our customers. We are looking for someone with the ability to take care of routes in truck and trailer as a solo operator maintaining commercial and residential lawns and also with the help of other crew members on properties. Duties Perform daily lawn care and landscaping to ensure timely and quality service Lead crew members in operating equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers Conduct inspections of work sites to maintain high standards and overall site appearance Train team members on proper techniques for lawn care Qualifications Proven experience in lawn maintenance, and or landscaping Valid driver's license with a good driving record Reliable transportation to and from work every day If you enjoy working outside and working with a great team of guys and this job sounds like a good fit for you we would love to hear from you!
