Garden Center Merchandiser positions are available for Immediate Hire in Gleason, WI. If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors and helping create beautiful garden displays, we'd love to hear from you! This is a great opportunity to earn extra income with a flexible, part-time schedule. This position is for all year around with 5-10 hours per week and increasing around March for busy season. Must be able to work mornings, weekdays, weekends and holidays!

What You'll Do:

Water and care for plants. Merchandise and organize displays. Stock and rotate inventory. Keep the garden center clean and inviting. Work independently while following merchandising standards.

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and punctual. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Required to have and use your smartphone each shift (monthly reimbursement). Ability to lift up to 30-50lbs regularly, stand/walk for extended periods as well as frequent pushing/twisting/pulling/reaching/bending. This is an essential function of the job and is required. Attention to detail and a positive attitude. Previous merchandising, retail, or gardening experience is helpful but not required.
