In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are safe, beautiful, and well-kept. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, plant care, and equipment operation will help create inviting environments that inspire and delight. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, trimming trees, planting, and weeding to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawnmowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Identify plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to maintain healthy landscapes and support pest management practices Install or repair hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and injuries Conduct regular groundskeeping inspections to identify maintenance needs and perform timely repairs or adjustments Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscaping principles and grounds maintenance techniques Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and troubleshooting Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, gardening, tree trimming, and hardscape installation Ability to identify various plants, pests, and diseases affecting outdoor environments Experience with irrigation systems installation and repair is preferred Knowledge of pesticide management procedures in accordance with safety standards Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship Strong adherence to safety protocols combined with excellent attention to detail in all tasks Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes!
