We are currently seeking an employee to support both our Maintenance and Landscape Installation divisions. Responsibilities may include mowing, property cleanups, patio and retaining wall construction, drainage solutions, planting, and other outdoor projects. Previous experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team. What you'll do: Begin each day at the shop with a team briefing, equipment inspection, and route assignment. Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing services using commercial-grade equipment at every property. Support landscape installation projects, including paver patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, grading, and planting. Load and unload materials safely while operating hand tools and light equipment. Complete opening and closing 360° property inspections at every service location. Capture and upload job site photos through the company's job management software. Ensure all equipment, tools, and materials are properly secured before departing any location. Immediately report any property damage, safety concerns, incidents, or equipment issues. Adhere to all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain a professional attitude while representing Brothers Lawn Care. What we're looking for: Dependable — arrives on time and ready to work every day Physically capable — comfortable performing hands-on outdoor work in all types of Wisconsin weather Eager to learn — open to coaching and committed to following the Brothers Lawn Care standards and processes Strong communicator — communicates concerns, delays, or issues promptly and honestly Valid driver's license required Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is beneficial, but not required What we offer: Competitive pay: $15
