Overview We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Worker/Landscaping professional to join our team. This role involves outdoor grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks, ensuring the aesthetic appeal and health of various outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have outdoor work experience, be comfortable operating landscaping equipment, and possess a strong attention to detail. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the beautification and upkeep of landscapes. Responsibilities Perform grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain well-manicured lawns and landscapes Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools safely and efficiently Assist with landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, and soil preparation Manage pesticide application in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations Ensure all outdoor work is completed efficiently while adhering to safety standards Maintain cleanliness of work areas and properly care for tools and equipment Be flexible with hours and available to work various times as needed to meet project deadlines Experience Prior outdoor work experience is required, preferably in grounds maintenance or landscaping roles Experience operating landscaping equipment is essential Knowledge of mowing techniques, plant care, and pesticide management is highly desirable Valid driver's license is required; candidates must be age 21 or over Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing weather conditions is important Join our team if you are passionate about outdoor work and landscaping, possess the necessary experience, and are committed to maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
