Job Description

Indue is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as an Equipment & Property Maintenance Technician . This hands-on position is responsible for maintaining company properties, buildings, grounds, tools, and equipment throughout the year. The successful candidate will perform preventative maintenance and repairs, maintain the appearance and functionality of our facilities, and help ensure our equipment remains in safe working condition. Responsibilities include snow and ice removal before normal business hours during winter weather events, lawn and landscape maintenance, basic building repairs, tool and equipment maintenance, and assisting with other maintenance projects as needed. Indue is a fast-growing industrial flooring company that has been in business for more than 40 years. We manufacture, ship, and install industrial flooring and protective coating systems throughout the United States, primarily serving food manufacturing and industrial facilities. Equipment & Property Maintenance Technician Primary Duties Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on construction tools and equipment, including grinders, mixers, jackhammers, vacuums, extension cords, and other company-owned equipment. Perform basic service and preventative maintenance on company buildings and grounds year-round. Complete snow removal, ice control, and salting of sidewalks, parking lots, and entrances prior to normal business hours during winter weather events. Mow, trim, weed whip, edge, and maintain lawns, landscaping, and company grounds. Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, rock beds, drainage areas, and other exterior property features. Inspect, maintain, and perform seasonal service on irrigation and sprinkler systems. Perform all other duties as assigned.
