In this role, you will perform a variety of groundskeeping and landscaping tasks that enhance the aesthetic appeal and health of outdoor areas. Your energy, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will help create inviting landscapes that delight clients and communities alike. This paid position offers an engaging opportunity to develop your skills in outdoor work, horticulture, and grounds maintenance while contributing to vibrant, well-maintained landscapes. Duties Operate hand tools, power tools, and grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, Skid Steers, Dump Trucks, etc to perform landscape upkeep & Installs efficiently. Assist with planting, pruning, tree trimming, and shrub care to promote healthy growth and landscape aesthetics. Execute hardscape projects including the installation or repair of pathways, patios, retaining walls, or other outdoor structures. Follow all safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating various landscaping tools and equipment. Proven outdoor work experience with a focus on landscape maintenance or groundskeeping. Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and pest management practices. Familiarity with landscaping techniques including gardening, tree trimming, hardscape installation, and general grounds upkeep. Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and grounds maintenance machinery such as mowers and trimmers. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety protocol adherence. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of quality work.
