Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful and safe properties in all seasons . This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and snow removal to ensure that properties remain visually appealing and functional year-round.

Responsibilities Winter duties:

perform snow removal tasks including shoveling, snow blowing, salting, and sanding walkways and driveways. Perform landscape maintenance activities including mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding. Dig, prepare, and amend soil for planting new trees, shrubs, and flowers. Build and maintain landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and borders. Operate hand tools and landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Conduct seasonal tasks such as leaf cleanup, mulching, and spring/fall preparation. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure efficiency. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Skills & Qualifications Mechanical knowledge for safely operating landscaping and snow removal equipment. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions. Familiarity with maintaining tools and equipment used in landscaping and snow removal. Reliability and willingness to work flexible hours depending on seasonal needs (including early mornings for snow removal).
