GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

Banick Professional Services is looking to add an experienced, dependable person to our crew for the upcoming fall and winter seasons, with the opportunity to continue into our 2027 spring and summer season. This position may begin with part-full time hours through the fall and winter, with snow removal hours depending on weather. Our goal is to find someone we can retain long-term and develop into a Crew Lead/Foreman position for the next green season. We're looking for someone who already has some hands-on experience in landscaping, lawn care, property maintenance, snow removal, or similar outdoor work and is comfortable taking initiative on a jobsite.

Job Responsibilities:

Fall cleanups, leaf and debris removal Landscape installation and property maintenance Shrub and plant trimming/cutbacks Mulch, stone, edging and general landscape work Loading, hauling and jobsite cleanup Snow plowing and snow removal Salting and sidewalk clearing Operating landscape and snow equipment based on experience Assisting with trucks, trailers and equipment Helping keep jobsites organized, efficient and up to our standards

What We're Looking For:

Previous landscaping, lawn care and/or snow removal experience Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to perform physically demanding work Able to work independently and as part of a crew Willing to learn, take initiative and accept responsibility Leadership potential and an interest in growing into a lead position Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

REQUIRED

Experience with trucks, trailers, zero-turn mowers, skid steers/mini skid steers, snowplows or other landscape equipment is a plus

Winter Availability:

Snow removal is weather-dependent and requires flexibility. Applicants should be available for early mornings, nights, weekends and potentially longer shifts during snow events.

Pay:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience, skill level and equipment-operating ability. This position does not currently include health insurance or other employer-sponsored insurance benefits. We're a growing local company and are looking for someone interested in becoming a long-term part of our team. For the right person, we'd like this position to grow into increased hours and responsibility, with the opportunity to become a Crew Lead/Foreman for the 2027 green season.
