How You Will Make an Impact Construct durable retaining walls and custom paver or stone patios to specifications. Execute precise plant identification and professional garden bed installations across diverse properties. Operate heavy field machinery and hand tools safely to prepare project sites efficiently. Demonstrate absolute reliability and consistency to ensure daily project timelines are met. Collaborate closely with field operations teams to deliver seamless exterior installations on site. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven track record of reliability and consistency in a demanding outdoor field environment. Demonstrated experience in professional plant identification, bed installation, or hardscaping. Practical ability to build structurally sound retaining walls and functional stone patios. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 3 years of related work experience in professional landscaping and hardscaping. Prior experience working specifically within residential and commercial exterior installations. Strong team collaboration skills and familiarity with diverse site preparation techniques.
