  • WisDOT Construction Project Leader
  • to oversee the execution of WisDOT construction projects and assist with client management activities. You will play a significant role on Foth's WisDOT team as a valued leader and contributor to our team's success. This position will be based out of
  • Milwaukee, Madison, or Green Bay WI.
  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • + Perform as Project Leader on Foth's WisDOT construction team + Work directly with WisDOT project managers throughout the project life-cycle to ensure scope, schedule, quality and budget are successfully achieved + Represent Foth Infrastructure Solutions in annual WisDOT Construction Fair interviews + Assist in the development of Notice of Interest (NOI) on construction fair packages + Support business development efforts by strengthening and expanding Foth's relationships with WisDOT + Mentor, support and train field personnel on WisDOT construction processes and standards •
Required Qualifications:
  • + Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field or equivalent technical experience + 5+ years of construction management/administration experience on state, federal and/or municipal infrastructure projects (i.

e. transportation, utilities, bridge, etc.)

+ Proven ability to follow WisDOT construction processes as a project leader

+ Highway Technician Certification Program (HTCP) WisDOT Certifications

  • Preferred Qualifications:
