Job Description

Landscaping Fertilization & Spray Technician CK Lawn & Landscape, LLC has been providing personalized, professional landscape contracting and maintenance services to the Greater Madison area since 2001. Our vision is to create long lasting customer relationships, through the design, install, and maintenance of both residential and commercial landscapes. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Landscaping Fertilization & Spray Technician. Qualified applicants will have a desire to create long lasting customer satisfaction and have great attention to detail.
Description of Position:
A Landscaping Fertilizer & Spray Technician will provide the highest level of customer service in applying fertilizers and pesticides with the ability to identify and recommend treatment for weeds, pests and diseases in residential and commercial landscapes. This position will include core aeration of lawns, overseeding, along with other various landscaping tasks as needed. This position can be full or part time with a flexible schedule. Full time would include assisting in the landscape maintenance department. Opportunity to do snow removal in the winter is also available in this role.
Necessary/Desired Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver's license and good driving record. WI Turf & Landscape 3.0 Applicator Certificate highly desired but will train and certified right candidate. 1 year minimum landscaping experience or relevant completed education. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive and professional manner. Must have the ability to document and properly complete necessary jobsite and company paperwork. Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as necessary, on a consistent basis. Experience performing core aeration with ride-on core aerator machine a plus. All applicants must demonstrate the ability to work independently and in a team environment; be self-starting and provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
