Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30

PM Pay Rate:

$20.00 per hour Responsibilities As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property.

Daily duties may include:

• Keeping grounds, walkways, and common areas clean and free of debris
• Picking up trash and maintaining waste disposal areas
• Assisting with property curb appeal and landscaping upkeep
• Sweeping, pressure washing, and general exterior cleaning
• Monitoring common areas for cleanliness and safety concerns
• Assisting with light maintenance tasks as needed
• Reporting maintenance issues or property concerns to management
• Supporting the maintenance team with various property projects
• Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Previous porter, groundskeeper, janitorial, maintenance, or landscaping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
