25 per hour, based on previous experience. About the Position As a Lawn Technician/Snow Technician, you will help maintain residential properties throughout the year. During the lawn care season, you will perform mowing, trimming, landscape maintenance, and general property upkeep. During the winter season, you will assist with residential snow and ice management operations. This position requires the safe and responsible operation of professional-grade equipment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Lawn & Landscape Responsibilities

• Perform residential lawn mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and property cleanup.
• Trim and prune shrubs and smaller trees to maintain their health, shape, and appearance.
• Install and maintain landscape and flower beds, apply mulch, and assist with seasonal property improvements.
• Remove leaves, litter, grass clippings, and other debris from properties and work areas.
• Perform weed removal and control using appropriate hand tools and approved equipment.
• Safely operate, inspect, maintain, and care for company landscaping tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous, respectful service when interacting with customers.

Winter Snow Removal Responsibilities Availability for snow removal during the winter season is required for this position. Snow operations are weather-dependent and may require employees to work early mornings, evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays when winter weather occurs.

Winter responsibilities may include:

• Operating snow removal equipment based on experience, training, and assigned position.
• Clearing snow from residential properties.
• Maintaining residential driveways, sidewalks, walkways, and other designated areas.
• Assisting with snow and ice management operations as directed.
• Reporting for scheduled snow events reliably and on time.
• Following company safety procedures while working in winter weather and around snow removal equipment.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Federal Medical Card when required for operation of company vehicles.
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and capable of performing physical outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Must be available and willing to participate in winter snow removal operations.
• Previous experience operating commercial-grade lawn care, landscaping, or snow removal equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and maintain company quality and safety standards.
