Pay:
Starting at $18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on previous experience, certifications, and licenses. About the Position As a Operator, you will perform a variety of lawn and landscape maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. You'll work alongside other team members to maintain attractive, well-kept outdoor spaces while safely using professional-grade landscaping tools and equipment. Primary Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup using commercial landscaping equipment. Trim and prune shrubs and smaller trees to maintain their health, shape, and appearance. Create and maintain landscape and flower beds, install mulch, and assist with seasonal property improvements. Keep properties and work areas clean by removing leaves, litter, clippings, and other debris. Remove and manage weeds using appropriate hand tools and approved equipment. Properly and safely operate, maintain, and care for landscaping tools and machinery. Provide customers with friendly, professional, and respectful service while representing Premium Landscapes. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Dependable, hardworking, and willing to perform physical outdoor work in a variety of weather conditions. Previous experience with commercial landscaping equipment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to obtain a DOT Federal Medical Card, when required to operate company vehicles.
