Seasonal Part-Time Groundskeeper -
Golf Course Compensation:
$12.00-$16.00 per hour , based on experience Position Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Seasonal Part-Time Groundskeepers to join our Golf Course Maintenance team. This position plays an important role in maintaining exceptional course conditions and creating an outstanding experience for Members and guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is committed to maintaining the beauty and playability of the golf course. Schedule Part-time, seasonal Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Key Responsibilities Perform routine golf course maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing. Rake bunkers and maintain course landscaping and grounds. Assist with course setup, including changing cups, tee markers, and signage. Operate and maintain hand tools and powered landscaping equipment safely. Water and care for turf, trees, shrubs, and flower beds as directed. Remove debris and help keep the golf course clean, safe, and visually appealing. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Support the Golf Course Superintendent and maintenance team with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, golf course maintenance, or related outdoor work is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work, including walking, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
$12.00 - $16.00 per hour
