Job Description
Job Summary Join our team as a General Cleaner/Groundskeeper and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities and outdoor spaces. This energetic position involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks, groundskeeping duties, and light maintenance to ensure a welcoming and well-kept environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall appearance and safety of our property, creating a positive experience for visitors, staff, and the community. We are committed to paying all team members fairly for their valuable work. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Cleaning of vacant units Maintain outdoor areas by trimming trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and performing gardening duties to enhance landscape beauty. Conduct snow shoveling during winter months to ensure safe walkways and driveways. Assist with landscape projects including hardscape installation, tree trimming, and general support as needed. Perform regular inspections of grounds for hazards or maintenance needs and report issues promptly. Support seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, planting, pruning, or other horticultural activities to keep outdoor spaces vibrant year-round. Skills Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools Ability to self direct and clean areas effectively Ability to perform snow removal efficiently during winter conditions.
