Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaping Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and improving residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping or landscape construction . As a Landscaping Technician, you will perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including planting, mulch and stone installation, grading, edging, and landscape maintenance while working safely and efficiently as part of a team. Duties Perform landscape installations including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees Install mulch, decorative stone, edging, and landscape fabric Perform landscape bed preparation, weeding, and general maintenance Assist with grading, topsoil installation, and lawn preparation Install and maintain drainage systems and other landscape features Operate skid steers, mini skid steers, wheelbarrows, hand tools, and other landscaping equipment safely and effectively Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials Perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections Assist with tree removal, brush removal, and cleanup as needed Maintain clean and organized job sites Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely Communicate professionally with customers regarding landscaping projects and needs Assist with snow removal during the winter months as needed Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in landscaping or landscape construction Experience with landscaping tools and equipment Experience with planting, mulch, stone, edging, and landscape installation Knowledge of grading, drainage, and landscape construction preferred Ability to operate skid steers or mini skid steers preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy materials Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
