Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the outdoor grounds of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, ensuring that the property is well-kept and visually appealing.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Irrigate plants and grass as needed
- Operate hand tools and power equipment effectively and safely
- Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris
- Assist in landscaping projects as directed
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscaping
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools proficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain outdoor spaces
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
