We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)
Pay:
$14 - $16 based on experience
Schedule:
Must be available to work weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepares soil for planting beds and lawn areas. Operates mechanical equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers, and utility vehicles. Plants trees, shrubs, turfgrass, and flowers. Prunes and trims trees and shrubs. Maintains a clean landscape environment through trash removal and debris cleanup. Maintains the landscape through application of mulch, water, fertilizer, and grooming. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
One month of related experience or training.
Certificates/Licenses:
Valid driver's license required.
Environment/Noise:
Must be able to work in a wide range of weather conditions, including warm, cold, wet, and dry.
