Landscaping Crew Member / Laborer Landshapers is looking for a hardworking, reliable person to join our landscaping crew. We specialize in retaining walls, skid steer work, outdoor living spaces, paver patios, mulch installation, rock installation, and other landscaping projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn valuable hands-on skills and gain real experience in the landscaping and construction industry. You don't need years of experience we're willing to teach the right person who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Assist with retaining wall and paver patio installations Operate and work around skid steers and other equipment as you gain experience Install mulch, decorative rock, and other landscape materials Help build outdoor living spaces and hardscapes Assist with grading, digging, hauling, and job-site preparation Maintain a clean and organized job site Learn proper landscaping and construction techniques Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable and dependable Able to work outdoors and perform physical labor Reliable transportation to and from job sites No extensive landscaping experience required Able to work well with a crew Attention to detail and pride in your work Some flexibility with hours during the week What We Offer On-the-job training Learn valuable landscaping, hardscaping, and equipment skills Opportunity to gain experience with skid steers and other equipment Hands-on experience building retaining walls, patios, outdoor living spaces, and more Opportunity to grow with the company and take on more responsibility Experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn matter more.
