- Ensure work Is completed correctly.
- Showing up on time and working hard.
- Transportation to and from work.
- Lawn mowing routes and some landscaping work.
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively supervise a team
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including lawn care and landscaping.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
- Good communication skills to interact with team members, contractors, and vendors
