Job Description Summary We are currently searching for an experienced and highly analytical quality inspector to join our production department. As the quality inspector, you will uphold the safety regulations of our company and supervise the production process to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations. The chosen candidate will perform regular product evaluations, record inspection results, and recommend improvements to the production process. To excel in this role, applicants should demonstrate great attention to detail with excellent technical and math abilities. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the corrective and preventative action program and its effectiveness Assure verification of process control Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records. Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence. Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control. Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications. Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services. Provide Quality Management System training Assist in Supplier Discrepant Material issues Maintain the Document Control System Maintain the calibration system Maintain inspection records Collection of quality related documentation Assist in company's safety program documentation to ensure adherence to outlined OSHA requirements and national standards Assist in internal training program documentation and development to ensure training adherence at all levels of the organization
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Use of Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of high school diploma Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of
ISO 9001
work environment Demonstrated organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage many tasks/projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking Ability to present complex or difficult messages clearly and persuasively

Basic mathematic skills required.
