None Purpose:

Requires minimum supervision with some direction. Performs disassembly and assembly of components. Uses basic testing procedures, repairs and rebuilds in the most efficient and safe manner.

Responsibilities:

Continually develops skills in disassembly, assembly, and repair of components and equipment. Performs basic testing on all machine systems. Works toward improving diagnostic skills on all machine systems Performs all service tasks as assigned by service manager. Reports to service manager any additional work required on machines to ensure proper operation and safety. Participates in all service training required for the development of skills and knowledge. Utilizes training tapes and manuals provided. Prepares all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments in a timely manner. Maintains and cares for shop tools, equipment and vehicles. Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly manner. Follows all safety rules and regulations, and uses safe practices in performing all work assignments. Conducts self in the presence of customers and other employees in a manner benefiting the image of the dealership. Performs all other duties as directed by the service manager.
