Job Description
Overview Stevens Point Country Club is now hiring Seasonal Grounds Crew team members to help keep our premier golf course and club grounds in top condition. If you love working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in creating beautiful spaces, this is a great opportunity to join a dedicated, hardworking team. Pay $14-$15 per hour, depending on experience Job Type Seasonal (spring-fall) Full-time and part-time hours available Weekend and holiday availability required Early morning shifts may be required Duties Assist with daily golf course and grounds maintenance Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough Rake bunkers and maintain sand traps Operate and maintain turf and landscaping equipment Perform general groundskeeping duties such as trimming, watering, and cleanup Follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physical labor (walking, lifting, standing for extended periods) Reliable, punctual, and motivated Ability to follow directions and work independently Previous golf course or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required (training provided) Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment, power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems is a plus Familiarity with hand tools, construction techniques, hardscape installation, and tree care enhances performance in this role Strong work ethic with attention to safety protocols when handling equipment and performing outdoor tasks Benefits Competitive seasonal pay Flexible scheduling Friendly, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work at a beautiful private golf course Golf-related perks may be available To apply for this position, qualified candidates are to submit a resume and cover letter outlining their experience to super@stevenspointcountryclub.com.
