Landscaper install crew Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces through landscaping and hardscape projects. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions to bring clients' visions to life, ensuring high-quality results that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor environments. Duties Perform landscaping tasks including planting, trimming, mowing, and maintaining lawns and gardens. Execute hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structural elements. Prepare sites by clearing debris, grading soil, and setting up necessary materials for construction or planting. Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with clients or team members to understand project requirements and provide expert recommendations. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations. Maintain the cleanliness of work sites during and after project completion to ensure safety and professionalism. Skills Proven experience in landscaping, including hardscape installation. Knowledge of plant care, soil preparation, and landscape design principles. Ability to operate landscaping machinery such as loaders, skid steers, and excavation equipment. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Ability to follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment.
