Full Job Description Principle Tasks:

Helping lead a small crew of Technicians Mowing lawns by using a variety of mowers Using a string trimmer. Driving a truck and trailer. Use of a pressure washer Trimming hedges with hand tools and power tools Using a leaf blower

Requirements:

Class D or higher driver's license. Requires a complete background check including criminal, motor vehicle record and drug testing.

Summary of Work:

The Crew Lead will work with a team of Technicians commuting in a company vehicle to customer locations across Duluth, Hermantown, Cloquet and Superior. Once at a customer locations the Crew Lead with assist the Technicians with unloading equipment from the trailer and service the customer; usually in the form of mowing or trimming, with occasional other outdoor services such as hedge trimming or pressure washing. Once the customer's needs have been satisfied the Crew Lead will assist with re-loading equipment.

Experience:

Lawn service experience is a plus. Customer service is a plus. Mechanical skill is a plus. The Crew Lead must possess the following: Ability to drive a truck and trailer Ability to walk around for most of the day Ability to maintain records. Able to promote sales. Goal oriented and good work ethics. Ability to interact with customers. The ability to work well independently & with others.

Physical Demands:

Maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, pushing and pulling required. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
