As a Seasonal Fall Landscape Laborer, you will play a key role in maintaining upscale residential properties during the busy fall season. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a collaborative team. Seasonal roles typically run through mid-December, depending on weather and workload. Responsibilities Work as part of a team to provide fall landscape maintenance services for residential properties Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf collection and cleanup, perennial cutbacks, bulb planting, and general property cleanups Safely operate landscape tools and equipment, including backpack blowers and leaf vacuums Work outdoors in various fall weather conditions, including light rain, cold, and snow Follow all safety guidelines and work practices Assist with additional duties as needed to support the team and ensure client satisfaction Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regularly lifting up to 50 lbs Available to work weekday shifts and Saturdays starting at 7:00 AM Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow directions Dependable, motivated, and ready to work Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Valid Driver's License preferred Compensation $18$24 per hour (based on experience and background). This is a seasonal position with no benefits. High-performing seasonal team members may be considered for full-time, year-round opportunities with Beautiful Blooms.
