Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to maintain and enhance landscapes. Whether you're involved in planting, hardscape installation, or seasonal snow removal, your efforts will contribute to creating inviting and sustainable outdoor areas. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers using hand tools and power equipment Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure healthy turf and vibrant gardens Maintain existing landscapes through pruning, tree trimming, irrigation system checks, and general horticultural care Operate construction equipment like small tractors and other machinery for site preparation and hardscape projects Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible Use hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as digging, planting, or installing landscape features Conduct routine maintenance on landscaping equipment to ensure optimal performance Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping, lawn care, or gardening is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued Mechanical knowledge or experience operating construction machinery such as tractors or mini skid steers is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including irrigation systems, tree care, and hardscape installation Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures related to landscaping and construction work Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in all tasks Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in horticulture and landscape maintenance Valid Drivers License Reliable transportation to and from work Clean driving and criminal record Join us to help craft stunning outdoor environments while developing your expertise in landscape labor!
