Groundskeeping & Landscaping Lawn Care:

Mow, edge, and weed eat

Seasonal Upkeep:

Rake leaves, clear debris, and perform snow removal or ice melting on walkways.

Pest & Weed Control:

Apply approved fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides safely.

Equipment Operation:

Use and mowers, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, weed eater, and hand tools.

General Labor Site Preparation:

Clean, organize, and prep work areas or job sites by removing trash and hazards.

Material Handling:

Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and supplies.

Assisting Trades:

Support maintenance staff or trade specialists with basic repairs, heavy lifting, and reclaim work

Waste Management:

Empty outdoor trash cans and clear discarded waste across the property.

Pay:

$14.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 32.0 per week Application Question(s): Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screening
