Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Landscaper to join our outdoor maintenance team. In this vital role, you will oversee landscape projects, supervise crew members, and ensure the highest standards of grounds maintenance and landscaping are achieved. Your expertise in lawn care, plant identification, irrigation management, and hardscape installation will drive the success of our outdoor spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, manage diverse construction projects, and bring beautiful landscapes to life through your leadership and horticultural knowledge. Duties Lead and supervise landscaping crews to execute lawn care, planting, pruning, and grounds maintenance tasks efficiently and safely Oversee landscape maintenance activities include hardscape construction, and tree care projects, mulch beds, Manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met Operate grounds maintenance equipment and company vehicles responsibly while adhering to safety protocols Coordinate with clients and team members to plan landscaping layouts that enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality Maintain detailed records of project progress, equipment usage, and crew performance for continuous improvement Qualifications Proven supervising experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance roles with strong team management skills Extensive outdoor work experience including lawn care, gardening, and grounds equipment operation Skilled in landscape installation techniques such as hardscape features (patios, walkways) and tree care practices Ability to identify plants accurately and apply appropriate horticultural practices Construction experience related to outdoor projects is highly desirable Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously Join us as a Lead Landscaper where your expertise will shape vibrant outdoor environments.
