Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, weed eating, digging, etc
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Perform landscaping and groundskeeping duties, including lawn care, garden maintenance, and irrigation.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in groundskeeping or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of general groundskeeping procedures and techniques.
  • Ability to use hand tools, mowers, and power tools effectively.
  • Knowledge of landscape maintenance and lawn care practices.
  • Familiarity with groundskeeping tasks such as irrigation and garden maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other staff.
Preferred:
  • Familiar with golf course grounds and golf general knowledge
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment
