Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools safely and efficiently to maintain turf health and appearance Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to enhance curb appeal Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to support proper plant health management Follow safety protocols rigorously while handling equipment Requirements Previous outdoor work experience preferred; familiarity with grounds maintenance or landscaping is a plus Basic mechanical knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in lawn care and landscaping tasks Experience operating groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, irrigation systems Ability to follow safety procedures diligently while working with various outdoor equipment and materials Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, digging, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in diverse weather condition Valid Drivers License Experience operating a company vehicle with a trailer attached preferred.
