We are hiring Lawn & Landscape Crew Leads to run crews, manage daily routes, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to standard. This is not just a labor position —you will be responsible for leading a crew, maintaining production pace, and delivering quality results on every property.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage a lawn/landscape crew (2-4 team members) Run daily routes and ensure jobs are completed on schedule Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup as needed Inspect properties before leaving to ensure quality standards are met Train and guide crew members on proper procedures Maintain equipment and report any issues Communicate with management on progress and job status

Requirements:

Experience in lawn care or landscaping (required) Experience leading a crew or acting as a lead (preferred) Ability to manage time, routes, and job completion Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver's license (required) Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Compensation:

Base hourly pay based on experience Performance-based incentives tied to crew production, efficiency, and job quality Safety and equipment incentives for maintaining clean trucks, well-kept equipment, and damage-free operations

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

Lawn care: 2 years (Preferred)
