About the Job We are looking for a couple experienced, hard-working individuals to fill the roles of our Landscaping Laborer. Our ideal candidate would be someone who has proven experience with landscaping work, however, we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who values efficiency and quality, and who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty to get the job done. This position starts at a range of $11

• 14 per hour. This is a seasonal, part-time position, with a schedule of 3 days a week. The shifts run Mon-Wed or Thurs-Sat. Why Work For Us?

• Competitive pay What You Can Expect From This Job As one of our landscaping crew members, your everyday responsibilities will be as follows:
• Perform standard landscaping activities (raking, shoveling, leaf blowing, installation of shrubs/trees/flower/etc.) to the highest level of care
• Pick up and deliver supplies to projects
• Maintain equipment and tools daily to ensure they are in good working order
• Follow safety protocol and guidelines while performing landscaping services
• Communicate with management, office staff, and occasionally, clientele
• Additional tasks as assigned by leadership
• Maintain accurate and detailed inventory of shop
• Perform shop maintenance and cleaning duties to standard
• Wash and organize work vehicles
• Run errands as needed by management What We Expect From You
• Landscaping experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug check
• Ability to drive a truck with a trailer attached
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues while in the field is necessary
• Ability to operate powers tools and hand tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow verbal or written instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
