What You'll Do Clean fuel and oil spills, change liners, and empty trash from all outdoor cans, including those at fuel islands and parking areas, ensuring everything stays spick and span. Make sure everything receives the TLC it deserves by maintaining the car and diesel islands by replacing windshield washer fluid, replenishing towels, and keeping dispensers wiped down. Polish up the property by checking pole lights, signage, and providing necessary supply lists, while handling monthly tasks like pressure washing fuel islands and replacing air filters

• "keeping it fresh" in every sense!

Keep entryways, walkways, and pathways tidy, free from debris, weeds, and snow, ensuring safe and smooth travels year-round. Make sure everything is moving in the right direction by performing deep cleaning of dispensers, maintain outside windows, and handle minor repairs like replacing burnt-out lights and cleaning refrigeration coils. Respond to snow and rain events by plowing, shoveling, and pumping water from basins

Requirements Must be at least 19 years of age or older. Must have reliable transportation in all seasons. Experience in landscaping and light maintenance is preferred. Able to spring into action on weekends and evenings, when needed, and shift gears quickly. A valid driver's license and proof of insurance. You don't need to be an Olympic athlete, but you do need to be able to balance on a step stool or step ladder, lift up to 80 lbs., and work from floor to eye level.
