Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic grounds maintenance team as a Lawn Care Worker and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of landscaping and lawn care tasks that enhance the aesthetic appeal and safety of outdoor environments. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, combined with your technical skills and attention to detail, will help ensure our landscapes are vibrant, well-kept, and inviting for all visitors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance while contributing to community beautification projects. Duties Operate grounds maintenance equipment including mowers, power tools, and irrigation systems to perform mowing, trimming, planting, and landscaping tasks report time, take before and after pictures at each property if working solo to managers/owners at sites. Maintain lawns by mowing, trimming, and using blower on hardscapes following safety protocols Assist with hardscape projects such as installing pathways or retaining walls to enhance landscape design Conduct routine inspections of outdoor areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Follow safety procedures diligently during all operations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
Must have your own vehicle (truck preferred) and be willing to use it for transportation to and from work as well as between worksites as we are a growing business. Must have a cell phone for during the work day and during off hours. Mechanical know-how prefered but not mandatory prior lawn work a plus but not needed
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
