Job Description

Job Overview Greenway Lawn Care is a growing lawn treatment company that is seeking a lawn care technician to join our team. Full-time position available. The ideal candidate will be hard working, focused on delivering quality service, enjoy problem solving and like working outside. This is a year-round position. Professional experience working as a lawn technician spraying weeds/fertilizer and/or mowing grass preferred. We will provide paid on-site training. Our number 1 focus is providing quality service and products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have these skills:

  • Reliable time management skills
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions: summer heat, cold, rain
Responsibilities:
  • Applying fertilizers, weed control, insecticides and aeration to customers' properties.
  • Diagnose and document lawn concerns and communicate those concerns to management
  • Ability to come to work at 7am to load trucks and start the day
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments, customer instructions, and service notes
  • Drive to customer homes in a company vehicle
  • Safely and correctly handle, mix, transport, and apply chemical products
Requirements:
  • Valid AL driver's license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Have a clean criminal record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
  • Work in Birmingham, Alabama
  • Hours are
Mon-Friday:
7am-5pm
  • Pay range: $21
  • 24/hour
