Training:

Perform a variety of lawn care services, including fertilization, weed control, pest management, aerations, seeding, and more. Develop strong customer relationships through clear and effective communication, on-site visits, and personalized lawn care analysis and recommendations. Participate in our leadership development programs, including training sessions, mentorship, and project management. Carefully assess and treat properties for mosquito germination and habitation control. Provide accurate quotes and recommendations to prospective customers, generating field sales and referrals- additional commission rewarded Become an ambassador of our culture. Drive engagement and development with team members and supervisors. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Work Location:

In person Monday-Friday with some Saturday's based on weather conditions. 40 hour work week. All year round.
