Plant Health Care Technician - Licensed Applicator Join one of Arizona's most trusted names in commercial landscape maintenance! ProQual Landscaping, a proud Sperber company, is seeking a licensed and detail-oriented Plant Health Care Technician to support the health and beauty of our clients' trees, shrubs, and turf across the Phoenix Valley, including the cities of Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, and other Valley areas. About the Role As a Plant Health Care Technician, you'll play a key role in diagnosing and treating plant health issues through the targeted application of herbicides, insecticides, and fertilizers. Responsibilities Safely and effectively apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to commercial landscapes Identify common pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies in turf, trees, and ornamentals Calibrate, mix, and apply treatments in accordance with label requirements and safety protocols Maintain accurate application records Operate and maintain spray equipment and company vehicles Arizona Professional Applicator License required Working knowledge of local pest and disease issues affecting turf, trees, and shrubs Ability to safely mix and apply chemical treatments Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety procedures Willingness to work full-time Team-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service
