Prior experience safely operating a tractor is required for this position. The Mixer/Loader supports agricultural field operations, including mixing and loading pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers and assisting spray applications in the field. Duties Safely operate tractors and other agricultural equipment as needed. Mix and load pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers for field spray applications. Assist spray applicators in the field to ensure accuracy, safely, and efficiency. Measure and prepare products according to work orders and application instructions. Follow company safety procedures and pesticide handling requirements. Maintain accurate logs and required documentation. Perform other related agricultural duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Prior tractor operating experience required. Valid Class C driver's license required. Experience mixing/loading pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers preferred . QAC/QAL preferred. Ability to understand and follow work orders, safety instructions, and application instructions. Ability to use measuring equipment and perform basic math calculations. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Dependable, safety focused, and able to adapt to changing work schedules. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay:

$22.49 - $27.13 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
