Job Description

Come Grow with Us! The fall seeding season is almost here, and NaturaLawn of America is looking for Fall Aeration & Seeding Technicians to join our team. No prior lawn care experience required! If you have experience operating walk-behind aerators, you may qualify for higher starting pay . This is a full-time, seasonal position running through mid-November, with the possibility of year-round employment as a Lawn Care Technician for high-performing team members.
What You'll Do:
Arrive on time and ready to work each day at 8:00 AM Safely operate company vehicles and follow all safety protocols Use a core aerator to aerate residential lawns Apply grass seed to customer properties Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day Work outdoors in a physically active role (moderate intensity) Work Monday-Friday and some Saturdays (35-45 hrs/week)
What We're Looking For:
A current, valid driver's license (required) Ability to handle physical, outdoor work up to 9 hours/day Dependability and a strong work ethic
What We Offer:
Pay:
