The Job:

Men In Kilts provides window and exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial customers. Our service offerings include window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and house washing. And this year, holiday lighting! We strive to do much of the work from the ground; however, we do use ladders, so being comfortable with heights is a must. And yes, we do wear kilts! Along with dependability, outstanding customer service and flawless execution; this defines our brand.

Compensation:

• Starting hourly wage of 25% commission on production revenue.

Earn $25, $30 even $40/hr! The harder you work, the more money you make.

Winter Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our residential and commercial customers.
• Window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, gutter cleaning & holiday lighting.
• Engage in business development activities such as distributing marketing materials and occasional community events.
• Follow all safety regulations at all times, including inspecting equipment and using the proper equipment for each particular job. In addition, follow all safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards.
• Represent our company with integrity and passion.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors (rain or shine, cold or hot temperatures).
• Ability to lift and climb ladders.
• Able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds for short periods of time.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Are motivated by being part of an exceptional team with shared goals.
• Are ready and willing to wear a kilt every day and enjoy the resulting attention!
