Duties Safely operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and spraying equipment to apply chemicals for pest control, lawn care, trees including orchards, or landscaping projects Prepare chemical mixtures according to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines Conduct site assessments to determine appropriate application techniques and ensure environmental safety Maintain detailed records of chemical applications, including locations, quantities used, and dates Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to traffic laws and safety standards Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear during chemical handling and application processes Requirements Prior experience in sales related to pest control, lawn care, farming, or landscaping is a plus but not mandatory Knowledge of pest control methods, agricultural practices, or land management techniques preferred but not mandatory Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required for driving between job sites with ability to drive an over cab with large volumes of liquid safely Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for record keeping Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while performing manual tasks while being able to lift 50 pound, this is a very physical job with lots of pulling hose long distances across different types of terrain and bending up and down constantly Willingness to obtain necessary certifications related to chemical handling or pesticide application as required by local regulations Embark on a rewarding career where your skills directly contribute to healthier environments!
