- Valid, Unexpired CT Pesticide Commercial Supervisory License. 3A Ornamental and Turf. MA Applicator's a plus. Required
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record for a minimum of the past 3 years and reliable transportation. Required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, including Marijuana to obtain DOT Medical Certification.
Fertilization Technician Responsibilities:
Keep track of records for all fert/spray accounts. Able to properly mix chemicals to correct ratios. Keep all application equipment clean, maintained and organized. Keep all customer records in an organized and orderly fashion. Stay up on the current inventory of material and be able to project when additional material will be needed. Report to supervisor on the overall appearance of customer's property. Winter work which may include but is not limited to snowplowing, salting, shoveling, and working in the shop. Compensation Hourly Rates are experienced based: Crew Member/Leader- $25.00

$25/hr- $35/hr Experience and License Requirements 1-3 years of commercial lawn care and lawn maintenance experience Knowledge of insecticides, fertilizers, and fungicides for Turf Application Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, including Marijuana (a medical card not accepted) Provide a driving history with a good record for a min of the last 3-4 years
