Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on robotic lawn mowers using schematics, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques. Repair and maintain robotic mowing systems, including mechanical systems, electrical components, power generation units, and small engine parts. Conduct equipment troubleshooting to identify issues related to motors, sensors, batteries, and control boards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, welding techniques, and other mechanical tools to execute repairs efficiently. Follow detailed service procedures and schematics to ensure precise repairs and adherence to safety standards. Perform manual handling and heavy lifting when replacing parts or moving equipment during maintenance tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes and ensuring customer satisfaction with the service experience. Skills Proven dealership or service technician experience with complex machinery or robotic systems. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience and diagnostics expertise. Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for electronic and mechanical systems. Experience in diesel engine repair, small engine maintenance, or automotive repair is highly advantageous. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, welding techniques, and equipment repair tools. Knowledge of electrical work related to circuit boards, sensors, motors, and power generation systems. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently through electrical diagnostics and mechanical inspections. Excellent problem-solving skills paired with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers effectively.
